March Round-Up

Photos I liked from the last few days of March.

First, a walk through the village...

Next, a trip to Findlaystone Estate...

Now a few from Easter - hard boiled eggs for rolling, Easter nests, poppy seed and lemon biscuits (made using the choc chip cookie recipe in my side bar - replace the choc chips with finely grated rind of 1 large or 2 small lemons and add 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds - delicious!)

Lastly, more willow dome building, this time at the nursery - before, after & in-between. I had to leave half way through to go help at the school, extra early this day as my little recorder group were playing in front of the whole school for the first time; I was more nervous that they were, shouldn't have worried as they were fine!

And now it's April already! Two weeks of Easter holiday to enjoy too...

I was wondering if you had the same holidays as I have! I'm off for two weeks, back to school on 15th.

That's a lovely collection of photos and some happy memories I'm sure! Sounds like you've had a nice few days.

I can pick several favourites ... the line of pots on the stone wall, the shot up through the trees (amazing!), the blackbird, the log pile....

Those biscuits do look tasty. Happy April! :)
