We've woken to snow this morning, here in the midlands and a very brisk wind to go with it making it around minus 6 degrees....brrrrr!! It's now 10.45 and a mix of snow and sleet showers. Suzy x

I woke up to a hard frost this morning and had to wear my dressing gown in bed last night as it was so cold! I hope it is thawing out where you are in time for the Easter break.
The weather in the UK certainly keeps us on our toes at the moment. Today we have sunshine again .... but it's cold too! On a positive note cold weather = cosy log fires again. Happy Easter. Lorraine x
Ws left Kent in Sunshine and arrived in Yorkshire to gales and snow. I went for a walk the next day and had to keep jumping into snow drifts over the many stiles I climbed, it was really very surreal.
...and it was jolly cold all day. Brrrrrrr.

yes, it was jolly cold. Lit the fire tonight and put a hottie in bed! Thinking of warm sunny days and long summer evenings!

Snow must be a bit hard to take after the warm spring weather you've been having.

It was like that here, and there is inches of the stuff on the hills where I walk the dogs. From sun cream to snow boots in a week, it's crazy!
I am going to Scotland just after Easter - I shall take my hot-water bottle.
