During September I was busy making some goodies for a stall I shared (with this lady) at our recent nursery social evening. Amongst other things I decided to make some crocheted "stuff". Here we have...
"paying it forward" gift from Diane @ HeartShaped not long after I'd started blogging. It's great for keeping lovely and toasty warm without the bulk of a scarf. I liked it so much I made two more, but have neglected to photograph them. The yarn used is 100% wool and was a stash-clearing gift from a friend who sadly can no longer crochet or knit due to painful arthritis (you'll notice she no longer blogs now either!). I gave her one of the cowls as a little thank you present.
here, I was pleased with the results and plan to make a pair for myself and a smaller pair for A (the pattern includes adult and children's sizes). This pair sold, yippee!
this pattern, here modelled along with the mitts by A.
